Stop the clot is an educational public health awareness campaign developed through the partnership of Anti-Coagulation Europe (ACE) and sanofi-aventis.

The Campaign is spearheaded by ACE. The funding for this campaign derives from sponsorship provided by sanofi-aventis. Both parties are joint authors of the content.

ACE is a registered charity (Registered Charity Number : 1090250) committed to the prevention of thrombosis and the provision of information and support for people already receiving anticoagulant and anti-platelet therapy.

ACE aims to give support to all patients, their families and carers on all aspects of anticoagulation therapy, as well as fostering and encouraging communication and education on anticoagulation therapy.

This site is owned and operated by Sanofi-Synthelabo Limited and Aventis Pharmaceutical Limited, the subsidiaries of sanofi-aventis Group in the UK. All intellectual property rights in the web site located at www.stoptheclot.com / www.stoptheclot.co.uk and its contents (hereinafter the “Site”), including trade marks, logos and domain names, are owned by or licensed to sanofi-aventis and/or its affiliates.

Except as permitted by law, no material from the Site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, distorted, transmitted or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent of sanofi-aventis.
