Stop the clot is an information programme developed and supported through the partnership of the registered charity AntiCoagulation Europe (ACE) and sanofi-aventis, a leading pharmaceutical company.
This programme has been developed for 2 reasons:
 To raise awareness of the very real threat of a blood clot while staying in hospital
 To help PREVENT the unnecessary deaths and serious disability caused by blood clots in hospital. Just check out the facts and figures
